K–12 Public Schools Insurance Program—National

With more than 30 years of experience in meeting the specialized insurance needs of educational public entities, Alliant Insurance Services provides K–12 schools and school districts across the nation with coverage forms that are among the broadest in the industry at extremely competitive rates.

Alliant offers its school clients full and unfettered access to the entire insurance marketplace. The result is that Alliant clients are able to choose from a variety of options created and tailored to address their specific exposures, circumstances, and needs.

In addition, educational clients nationwide are able to take advantage of the broad array of coverages and highly competitive rates available through Alliant’s exclusive programs. The Alliant Property Insurance Program (APIP) is the largest single property insurance program in the world with thousands of members nationwide. The Alliant National Municipal Liability Program (ANML) is a group purchase liability program that provides comprehensive liability coverage to public agencies and risk sharing entity pools across the country. Features include low self-insured retentions and limits of coverage up to $10 million with limits available up to $75 million through our Catastrophic Liability Insurance Program (CLIP).

Alliant has served educational entities since 1977 and dedicates significant expertise and resources to the educational marketplace. With a team of professionals—including school specialists who stay abreast of educational codes and state requirements across the nation—we currently provide coverage for numerous K–12 schools with an average daily attendance in the millions.

Alliant also serves as a program manager, broker, or consultant to several large school pools and has created a number of group purchase programs, joint powers authorities (JPAs), and captives that offer specialized coverage for educational public entity clients at cost-effective group rates.
